2024 Ranger towing FAQ
What is the maximum towing capacity of a 2024 Ford Ranger in Canada?
The largest towing figure represented in TowGauge's mapped 2024 Ranger configurations is 7,500 lb. Exact vehicles can have lower ratings.
Does every 2024 Ranger tow 7,500 lb?
No. TowGauge applies the selected manufacturer-backed configuration rather than the headline maximum.
Why might TowGauge still ask for payload?
Payload is vehicle-specific. Passengers, cargo and trailer tongue weight use carrying capacity, so TowGauge leaves that check unresolved until a vehicle-specific value is available.
